To ensure a great experience for each of our guests we ask that the following Spa Etiquette be observed:
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time for you to check-in, change and relax. New guests will be asked to complete a confidential medical questionnaire; designed with your well being in mind. You may also be asked to update your information on a regular basis.
Late arrival may result in a shortened treatment time to ensure that the next guest is not delayed. Please appreciate that we cannot adjust pricing for reduced service time due to late arrival.
Please turn your cell phones off or set on silent during your time at the spa in consideration of other guests. We will be happy to relay any messages to you.
With all reservations for spa or salon services you will be asked to provide a valid credit card number to hold your reservation. We accept Visa and Mastercard only. Please note that no charges will be made to your credit card until your service has been completed or in accorfance with our reservation cancellation requirments. If you do not have a valid credit card you may hold your reservation by pre-purchasing a Paramount gift card for the full value of the services booked using either cash or debit.
Reservations of 3 or less hours require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel the reservation.
Reservations of 3 - 5 hours require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel the reservation.
Reservations of over 5 hour and including any group reservations in our Spa Suite or Couples Massage Room require a minimum of 72 hours notice to cancel the reservation.
All large group reservations (ex: Bridal parties) will require 1 to 3 weeks' notice to cancel or make significant alterations to the reservation. Time frame of required notice is determined by total time reserved.
Please understand that when you make a reservation with us we have set aside that time specifically for you with your service provider and may have turned away other possible guests to hold that reservation for you. In the event that you fail to provide notice within the above parameters, the full charge for your service(s) booked will be charged to the credit card or gift card given at the time of booking.
Paramount is licensed to offer for purchase a selection of alcoholic beverages for you to enjoy! We also offer complimentary coffee, herbal tea and filtered water.
Sanitization and Sterilization
Sanitization is a priority at Paramount DaySpa Salon & Boutique. We use hospital grade sterilants and virucides to thoroughly disinfect and clean all of our tools and equipment. If an item cannot be thoroughly sterilized it is thrown away after use.
Only children receiving services are allowed in the spa area while accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Method of Payment
We accept Cash, Debit, Visa, Mastercard, and Paramount Gift Cards. Prices are subject to applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change. Treatment times are approximate. Gratuities are not included in the service price.
Returns / Exchanges
In-Store Credit or Exchange with receipt within 14 days of purchase. All gift cards and pre-paid services are non-refundable, but are transferable. Sale items, make-up, nail polish and earrings are final sale.
You may be asked to remove jewelry for some treatments. Lockers are available; however, Paramount does not assume liability for lost personal items.
Complimentary parking is available in our on-site lot on the corner of King Street and 2nd Avenue North. This parking lot is monitored; please register your licence plate number at our front desk for complimentary parking while you are receiving services or shopping at Paramount.
Gratuities are entirely at your discretion and are not included in the price of our services, packages, or gift cards.
