Paramount DaySpa Salon Boutique is seeking a professional, motivated Esthetician who is also passionate about exceptional guest service, front desk operations, and administrative support. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who loves esthetics but also thrives in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment where organization, communication, and teamwork shine.

About the Role
This position blends hands-on esthetic services with front desk guest service and administrative responsibilities. You’ll perform esthetic treatments while also being one of the welcoming faces of Paramount — supporting guests, managing bookings, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Esthetic Services you’ll perform:
- Manicures & Pedicures
- Facials
- Body Treatments
- Hair removal (expereince withsoft wax, hard was, and sugaring are an asset)
- Our Luxury Signature Treatments
- Additional certifications are an asset
(We do not offer lash extensions or artificial nails.)
We provide extensive training to ensure you feel confident and supported in all protocols, product lines, and service standards.
Front Desk & Administrative Responsibilities:
- Delivering exceptional guest service
- Booking appointments and managing the schedule
- Answering phones and assisting guests with inquiries
- Retail sales and product recommendations
- Taking payments and handling cash
- Monitoring staff schedules
- Opening and closing duties
- Light data entry and filing
- Supporting smooth daily operations
Sales and customer service experience is an asset.
Schedule:
- Full-time position
- Saturday availability required
- Flexible mix of days and evenings
- Closed Sundays and Stat holidays

Qualifications:
- Esthetics diploma from a recognized institution
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable with sales and product knowledge
- Professional, polished, and team-oriented
