Spa Etiquette

To ensure a great experience for
each of our guests

we ask that the following Spa Etiquette be observed:

1. Arrival

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time for you to check-in, change and relax. New guests will be asked to complete a confidential medical questionnaire; designed with your well being in mind. You may also be asked to update your information on a regular basis.


2. Late Arrival

Late arrival may result in a shortened treatment time to ensure that the next guest is not delayed. Please appreciate that we cannot adjust pricing for reduced service time due to late arrival.


3. Cell Phones

Please turn your cell phones off or set on silent during your time at the spa in consideration of other guests. We will be happy to relay any messages to you.


4. Cancellation Policy

With all reservations for spa or salon services you will be asked to provide a valid credit card number or Paramount Gift Card number to hold your reservation. We accept Visa and Mastercard only. Please note that no charges will be made to your credit card or gift card until your service has been completed or in accordance with our reservation cancellation requirments. If you do not have a valid credit card you may hold your reservation by pre-purchasing a Paramount gift card for the full value of the services booked using either cash or debit.

5. We're Licensed

Paramount is licensed to offer for purchase a selection of alcoholic beverages for you to enjoy! We also offer complimentary coffee, herbal tea and filtered water.


6. Sanitization and Sterilization

Sanitization is a priority at Paramount DaySpa Salon Boutique. We use hospital grade sterilants and virucides to thoroughly disinfect and clean all of our tools and equipment after each use. If an item cannot be thoroughly sterilized it is thrown away after use.


7. Children

Only children receiving services are allowed in the spa area while accompanied by a parent or guardian.


8. Method of Payment

We accept Cash, Debit, Visa, Mastercard, Paramount Gift Cards and WaySpa & Spa Finder Gift Cards. Prices are subject to applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change. Treatment times are approximate. Taxes and gratuities are not included in the service price.


9. Returns / Exchanges

In-Store Credit or Exchange with receipt within 14 days of purchase. All gift cards and pre-paid services are non-refundable, but are transferable. Sale items, make-up, nail polish and earrings are final sale.


10. Valuables

You may be asked to remove jewelry for some treatments. Lockers are available; however, Paramount does not assume liability for lost personal items.


11. Parking

Complimentary parking is available on the North side of our building. We have 9 marked Paramount Guest Parking stalls available for your use while receiving treatments or shopping, please let the front desk know which stall you are parked in upon arrival. If these spots are full there is street parking available on 3rd Avenue and a large parking lot behind our building between 2nd and 3rd Avenue.


12. Gratuities

Gratuities are entirely at your discretion and are not included in the price of our services, packages, or gift cards.


13. Fashion, Gift & Spa Boutique

Paramount offers a large selection of professional skin & hair care products as well as giftware, women’s clothing, handbags and jewelry. Feel free to shop and browse before or after your treatments. You can also shop our selection online!
