Body Well-Being

A fully encompassing massage designed for the well-being of both mind and body that is from the tip of the toes to the top of the head. Using aromatherapy, marine inspired movements and rhythmic massage using pressure and rocking motions, deep maneuvers and gliding motions this treatment promotes deep relaxation and leaves you feeling re-energized.

Deep Tissue Massage

Administered by a Registered Massage Therapist, Deep Tissue Massage allows the massage therapist to reach deeper layers of the muscle. A great option for chronic aches and pains.

Myofascial cupping is a gentle technique that uses the negative pressure of the cups to create space within tissues and increases blood to the area.

The cups can leave marks; these marks are not bruises but tell a story of the health of the tissue. Some marks can last up to a week to ten days.

Fascia is the connective tissue that wraps all of our parts; muscles and organs and runs throughout our bodies from the top of our head to the tip of our toes. This connective tissue can be pulled and stretched and can constrict muscles which can create the tightness or discomfort you may feel.

Cupping is a very different principle compared to traditional massage techniques, where the therapist is pushing downward.

Myofascial cupping can:

Jade Stone Massage

Jade Stone Massage incorporates heated and cooled Jade Stones that are used for massage and placement on the body. These stones have been cut to various shapes and sizes then polished, providing a very smooth and silky feel on the skin. Traditionally, Jade has been used to attract love and bring money into your life. Jade is believed to heal stressed organs and discharge toxins. It slows the process of aging and strengthens the body’s natural defences and healing power. The soothing colour of Jade helps the body to self-heal.
