Carpal Tunnel Syndrome Support
This treatment provides relief to Carpal Tunnel Syndrome symptoms, such as pain, numbness and tingling sensations with the use of specific massage techniques, stretches and heat. Your Registered Massage Therapist will work on muscles in your back, neck and shoulders that attribute to problem areas with carpal tunnel, as well as your arms and pectoral areas.

Plantar Fasciitis Relief
Plantar Fasciitis is a common cause of heel pain; this treatment focuses on relieving that pain with massage therapy. Your Registered Massage Therapist will use specialized massage techniques on the hips, legs and feet to release tension in the muscles causing pain. The heat from hot stones and paraffin wax is also used to help relax the muscles and relieve pain caused by Plantar Fasciitis.

TMJ Massage is ideal for jaw pain, tension and headaches. This specialized treatment focuses on releasing tension in the jaw, neck and shoulders with the use of different massage techniques, heat and aromatherapy and is completed with a relaxing scalp massage.

Relieve tension and headaches with the use of essential oils, trigger points, myofascial release, and scalp massage. This treatment focuses on the neck , shoulders and scalp.

Fascia is the connective tissue that wraps all of our parts; muscles and organs and runs throughout our bodies from the top of our head to the tip of our toes. This connective tissue can be pulled and stretched and can constrict muscles which can create the tightness or discomfort you may feel.
Cupping is a very different principle compared to traditional massage techniques, where the therapist is pushing downward.
Myofascial cupping can:
- Reduce pain
- Reduce muscle spasms
- Improve mobility of scar tissue
- Increase range of motion
- Increase blood flow to aid in healing
- Help alleviate nerve compression symptoms
